Meet and discuss home criteria, lifestyle, school issues, etc.
Provide detailed listing information so Buyer can preview neighborhoods.
It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to drive by the homes and through neighborhoods.
Provide weekly listing updates.
When the desired neighborhood(s) is determined. We begin showing homes.
*** These terms apply to all listings EXCEPT my own. I will not perform Dual Agency, but will refer you to another qualified agent and rebate my referral fee to you instead.
